Smallmouth Bass For The Win
The secret is out. Pound for Pound, there may be no other freshwater game fish that fights like a smallmouth bass. They’re big, plentiful, aggressive, and will hammer flies or traditional artificial baits. How do we fish them? However you want! While it’s hard to beat the explosion that occurs when a Smallie takes a topwater fly, it’s equally exciting to connect 8ft down, and watch with anticipation for that flash of bronze to reveal itself.
